Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide. Since all our product are handmade the processing time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times​

North America: 2-18 business days

Europe: 1-12 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-22 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.​

Return & Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging an item it's not a problem, but must be made within 30 days of delivery. Immediate cancellation of your order is acceptable within 2 days of your purchase.

 

If 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your purchase:

 

1. Contact us at tina@ribbonlips.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Ship items back to the following address within 30 days of delivery

Shipping is unfortunately not complimentary so the cost of returns is payable by you. However, if you are exchanging the product I will send you a new product free of shipping charges. Also, customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

 

If you return products you should consider using a trackable shipping service since I cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

 

 

 

 

Conditions of return

 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unwashed, folded properly and in original packaging. Please understand that legwear are Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) so we can not accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Before sending a product back be sure to read our refund policy and please connect us. 

Receiving a refund

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email.

If your refund will be approved, your refund will be processed, and the estimate will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
